“Actually we also have a vague idea of who the winners are. It is totally a business of the panel of judges to decide it.” Chairman and CEO of the Kingdom of Raigam Dr Ravi Liyanage by which the Raigam Tele’es is organized. “We just get an idea of the award winners when invitations were posted to them, but for sure we also do not know who the winner is,” he added. The panel of the judges is headed by Professor Ajantha Hapuarachchi and it barely includes artists. At earlier occasions the panel was headed by Dr Patrick Ratnayake.
